Since all Halftone Lab products are digital files delivered instantly after payment, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The product was purchased multiple times by mistake, or
  
• A technical error prevented access and no download was made.
